How in the world is it already going to be 2015? Seriously, how’d that happen! I feel like just yesterday that I was writing my 2013 recap post. Anyways, with the new year being a couple of days away, I wanted to share some things that I want to do in 2015.
Drink more water.
I love Dr. Pepper. I really do. But it’s time to give it the boot. In 2015, I want to drink less soda and drink more water. There’s so many benefits that come from drinking water that it’ll help me accomplish other goals I have set for the new year.
Get outside more.
Working from home is great. I enjoy being able to work from my home office, but it also means that I don’t get outside as much as I would like to. Sometimes, it feels like the only time I do go outside is when I pick up kiddos from school. I need more fresh air and sunshine in my life!
Read more books.
So, I’ve started this goal year after year and have never been able to follow through… in 2015 I will read 52 books. I will! And I plan on writing reviews here on my blog.
I really don’t care where I go or for how long I stay, I just know that I want to travel somewhere in 2015. I’m dying to go on a road trip!
Learn hand-lettering & calligraphy.
I’ve been wanting to do this for so long! I think one of my biggest inspirations is Katie of Vintage Rose Wraps. Something amazing happens when she puts pen to paper… it makes me want to improve what I do when I write. In the new year, I’ll try my hand at both and see what happens.
I’m so excited for 2015 to get here. A new year means a fresh start to me and I can’t wait to see what it brings. I have a feeling that it’s going to be a life-changing year for me.
