Celebrating the Holidays with PEEPS

December 7, 2015 By Brittany 2 Comments

With Peeps' new holiday flavors, it's easy to celebrate the holidays!

I have always loved the holidays. It’s a time when families come together. I have to say my absolute favorite thing about the holidays is creating holiday magic for my siblings, especially my littlest brother who just turned 4 years old.

We usually set up the Christmas tree and lights the day after Thanksgiving, but that was difficult to do this year. So instead, we threw a “party” on the day we put up the lights. We’re still working on getting the tree up (mainly because my office looks more like a storage unit right now… oops!).

With PEEPS® products, having a yummy treat table up while the family decorated the house was easy!

We stopped by the store, picked up a few party party supplies and our favorite punch, and headed home to get ready. Our cousin, who is much more brave than I am, and his family came over to help us get the lights up. My brother helped. They totally saved the day because I knew I couldn’t get them up by myself.

I have to be honest, watching them laying on the roof putting up the lights was hilarious! And once they finished, we headed back inside.

Everyone grabbed some treats and we sat down to watch Elf. The Chocolate Mousse-Flavored Marshmallow Reindeer were my favorite, they tasted delicious and reminded me of a nice cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows. My brother was impressed that the Gingerbread-Flavored Marshmallow Gingerbread Men actually tasted like gingerbread, he’s a hard one to please. The little boys finished the Minions and MIKE AND IKE® Merry Mix Candy super quick, I didn’t get the chance to grab one.

I displayed the super cute Vanilla Crème Chicks Pop and Holiday Pop, but we’re saving those for Christmas as they’re the perfect stocking stuffers!

I decorated our drink dispenser with a simple Santa hat and I love how it turned out. So adorable!

It ended up being a really great day! I totally recommend the festive holiday flavored PEEPS® and PEEPS & COMPANY® treats. They brought a smile to the faces of my loved ones. It was so nice to be around each other just talking, laughing, and eating some yummy sweets.

I also have a special deal to share with you! Get 20% off your next purchase, no minimum required, from now through Thursday, December 31. Use discount code: SWEETINGS15.
