Boys. They’re messy. Especially when it comes to clothes! My little brothers are 4 and 13 and I feel like we spend hours trying to get their clothes clean.
The 13 year old plays football and wears these white Nike compression pants under his football pants, they’re actually his like signature… that’s how we can easily point him out on the field.
After every game, we would wash them to try to keep them white, but there was one stingy stain that never went away. I always noticed it because it was right above the swoosh.
So I grabbed the bottle of Purex plus Clorox 2 and took to the stain. I brushed a bit right onto the stain and let it sit for about 10 minutes and then I threw it into the washer with the rest of his football stuff.
And look… the stain is gone!
Yay! Bright, clean white pants for football games.
Guess what… Purex plus Clorox 2 is safe for colors! And you know who wears a lot of colors? My 4 year old little brother.
The other day, I put a brand new shirt on him and during dinner, he got spaghetti on it. I was so bummed!
My mom had already used stain remover on it, but I grabbed the detergent and scrubbed the shirt then washed it after about 15 minutes.
And after the wash, the stain disappeared!
I was totally impressed! And so happy the boys’ clothes was saved.
